1. Any changes to existing shuttle reservation must be made at least one business day in advance, failure to meet this advance request of change would forfeit the paid fare.

2. Full refund will be issued if request of cancellation is made one business day in advance. Cancellations will incur a small payment processing fee to be deducted from your refund. Nonrefundable if cancelled less than one business day.

3. We are not responsible for delay due to uncontrollable situations/Act of God (such as bad weather or road closure due to accident etc.)
